The search engines constantly change their algorithms so it is almost impossible to give a client a 100% guarantee of placement. We have had a great success ratio with all of our clients. In fact around 90% of them truly get the rankings they hired us to achieve. We always shoot for the first page in the first ten listings in the search engine we are working on. We consistently strive to keep the rankings achieved for our clients and try to better them on a daily basis.

That being said, here is our company guarantee:

For each specific package purchased, we guarantee that by 120 days from initiation of your contract with Jahoopa., at the very minimum, the keywords or key phrases chosen will appear in the Top-20 listings of the major search engines contracted for.(paid inclusions do not apply here unless paid for) Until this guarantee is met, we will continue to re-optimize and resubmit your pages for 60 days with no further setup or monthly charges. If after the 60 days the rankings contracted for are still not achieved, then a full refund of all keywords not ranked in the top 20 positions will be given. Refund per keyword is as follows: Level I and Level II, $100 per keyword plus $15 per keyword per month for maintenance paid. Level III, $80 per keyword and $15 per keyword per month for maintenance paid. Level IV , $75 per keyword and $15 per keyword per month for maintenance paid. Level V is $60 per keyword and $10 per keyword per month for maintenance paid. During the setup and development stage if a specific search engine decides to revert to the previous months listings to update their baseline database, our timeline for the guarantee will restart from the date of this occurrence.

Please note: If you do not allow us to optimize your site according to the requirements set forth by current search engines standards, do not make the necessary changes recommended by our optimizers or overwrite the work done by our optimizers we will not be able to guarantee you these top listings.

If you are ever unsatisfied in any way with the service you receive from our staff at Jahoopa, do not hesitate to contact us immediately. You have the personal word of the CEO, that your issue will be resolved in a timely, efficient manner. If, after we have tried every possible means to make you satisfied with our ranking results, that you still feel you did not get the service you contracted with us for, further discussion of a possible partial refund will not be out of the question. Please note that most of this business's costs are in the setup and development work, thus the upfront costs.
