How To Read Your Ranking Report

On the initial page you will see four sections:

• General
• Ranking Report
• Ranking Summary
• Print Info

General page – which is the page you are currently looking at.
In the Profile section, you will see 1st the date, then 2nd your website domain name, 3rd is all the search engines we checked to find your website in, 4th is the keywords used to see if you were listed anywhere in the search engines. Usually we pull them directly from your source code, (the html code that your website is written in), or from the Free analysis request sent in to us.
These are the main keywords that you want to be found under on the first 3 pages of the major search engines. This will improve your sales and increase your traffic because when someone types them in, your website will pop-up and they will visit you before your competition! 5th we have the amount of pages we scanned per search engine.
Then we move to the Summary sections which shows you the position your website was found in and the amount of ranked pages, if it says 0-25 under “Total not ranked” then you really need us to work on your website to increase it’s rankings and traffic!


Ranking Report page – the actual report showing where exactly where your website is ranked.
First you will see the name of the search engine on the top left, then underneath that you will see all the keywords we checked. To the right of each keyword is your domain name and to the right of that is what page we found that particular keyword ranked (if it says N/A then we didn’t find it anywhere) and to the right of that is what position we found that particular keyword in (same applies, if is says N/A, we found it nowhere).

Ranking Summary page – a summary of all ranked keywords for your website.
This page sums up all the data from the report. The same format that was explained in the Ranking Report page applies here. The only difference is that in the column to the right of your domain name, it will show you if you have any 1st page, 1st position rankings and then to the right of that at the very end it will show you if the keywords was found nowhere if there is an x in the slot.


Print Info Page – explaining how to print the report for review on paper instead of your computer
This page tells you what setting to set your browser or mailer printing settings for best print quality and then what you need to do to print the report correctly.
